A Golden-crowned Sparrow in the snow.  It could quite possibly be the first time this bird has ever seen snow.  Lots of other creatures on the west coast are facing a similar situation, as their driving skills will attest!

    that is so true.. people need to slow down.. love the little sparrow, I had one in my back yard the other day.. maybe he flew to you. 🙂
