Blowing in the Wind
A Black-crowned Night-Heron (Nycticorax nycticorax) perched in it’s usual daylight perch, deep in the branches. This one seems a bit annoyed with it’s head plumes blowing in the wind. It had been sleeping until the plumes started whipping about!
As soon as I saw the picture,I thought, what a grumpy old man. LOL It is actually a beautiful shot. I’d be annoyed too if my hair blue up like that.
