Here’s Scruffy. A Stellar’s Jay (Cyanocitta stelleri) Like all Jays, it is a rascal. Here it’s in the Fuchsia flower pot hanging on our deck, right over there by the hummingbird feeder. It’s hiding peanuts there. Trying to be stealthfull, it’s anything but!

      Bob, thanks! He was going thru moult when we first saw him. He was pretty scruffy then! He’s looking good now!
