Bookends

The other day, we bought a new feeder. It is proving to be very popular with the birds and has be very busy. Here a pair of male House Finches (Carpodacus mexicanus). The one on the left is the normal colour and the one on the right is an Orange morph.

    They make lovely bookends. I have a similar feeder which I use in spring and summer. The birds seem to like it.
