Proud Pose

A White-crowned Sparrow (Zonotrichia leucophrys) perched on the top branch of a Jasmine bush in our backyard. We have had these guys in the yard all winter. In the last week or so their crowns have changed from a first winter brown to the adult white and black! They are all still here, at least 10 of them and they are all proud as punch

    They do have. proud look.I think they look like a well dressed gentleman.Quite handsome.
