A growing flock of Canada Geese (Branta canadensis) that are feeding in a field near where we live.

They like to gather in large flocks and then constantly ‘talk’ to each other. I do think most of the ones out here have gone south by now.

Ruth, thank you! They sure are gabby sometimes. They have been gone for the past couple of day, so I think they have headed south too! I already miss them!
